1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between Innovate Solution Global Pte. LTD. ("Innovate Solution", "we", "us"), a company incorporated in Singapore, and you ("you", "your"). If you are using the website on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to accept these Terms for it. If you don't agree, please don't use our website.

2. Website use

You may browse our public website for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Harvest personal data from the website, or systematically copy our content to republish it or to build a competing service. Ordinary indexing by search engines and AI assistants, within the limits set in our robots.txt, is welcome.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.
• Use our website in ways that violate applicable laws or third-party rights.
• Submit malicious content, malware, or unsolicited promotional material.
• Submit false details, or someone else's details without their permission, through our forms.
• Interfere with the website's security features or place an unreasonable load on it.

3. Products & services

Use of our products (InnoTravelTech, ReservationHub, TripGic, TripMargin, UmrahCore, Inno Message, travoPilot, travoBooks, TRI, Drop Catch, bedsKey, and TransferArc) and our development services is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties. That agreement controls in case of conflict with these Terms. Products that have their own website may also publish their own terms of service and privacy notice there; those apply to your use of that product's website.

4. Product information, pricing and the Product Advisor

We work to keep the product descriptions on this website accurate, but they are general information, not a binding specification. Features, availability and roadmap items can change. What we commit to deliver is set out in your signed agreement or order.

Prices shown on this website are in US dollars and may change. Nothing on the website is an offer capable of acceptance; a contract is formed only when both parties sign an agreement or we confirm an order in writing.

The AI Product Advisor produces an automated, indicative recommendation from the answers you give. It is a starting point for a conversation with our team, not professional advice and not a quotation.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, design, logos, code, illustrations — belongs to Innovate Solution Global Pte. LTD. or its licensors, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Photographs and screenshots. The photographs in our gallery, our team portraits and the app screenshots on this website were taken by Innovate Solution and are © Innovate Solution Global Pte. LTD., all rights reserved. They are not released under an open licence. To use one — in press coverage, an event recap or elsewhere — contact us with the image link and how you intend to use it; we will reply with the terms, which normally require the credit "Innovate Solution".

"Innovate Solution", our logo, and our product names — InnoTravelTech, ReservationHub, TripGic, TripMargin, UmrahCore, Inno Message, travoPilot, travoBooks, TRI, Drop Catch, bedsKey, and TransferArc — are trademarks of Innovate Solution Global Pte. LTD. or its group companies. Names and logos of suppliers, partners and other third parties shown on this website belong to their respective owners and are used to identify them only.

6. Your content

If you submit information to us (an enquiry, a brief, a file), you retain ownership. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to use that information for the purpose of responding to you and delivering services. We process it as described in our Privacy Policy, and our use of cookies is described in our Cookie Policy.

7. Third-party services & links

Our website and products may link to or integrate with third-party services (payment gateways, supplier APIs, analytics providers). We are not responsible for those services. Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them.

8. Disclaimers

The website and any free or trial use of our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Paid services are governed by the warranties in your signed agreement.

9. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, such as liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to that, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, Innovate Solution Global Pte. LTD. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages — including loss of profits, goodwill, data, or business — arising out of or related to use of the website or our free services, even if we have been advised of the possibility. For paid services, liability is governed by your signed agreement.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Innovate Solution Global Pte. LTD., its officers, employees, and agents from claims arising out of your misuse of the website or breach of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the website at any time, for any reason, including suspected violation of these Terms. Termination doesn't affect rights and obligations that survive by their nature (intellectual property, limitation of liability, governing law).

12. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the website will be brought in the courts of Singapore, unless your signed services agreement specifies otherwise. If you are a consumer, this does not remove any protection that the mandatory laws of your country of residence give you.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. The "last updated" date at the top indicates the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Severability & entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms (together with any signed services agreement, our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy) constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the website.
