The people who built the platform — and still run it.

Nazmus Nayeem founded Innovate Solution in 2013 and leads the company's engineering as Chief Technology Officer. He is a working backend engineer first: he reviews the code that ships, owns the architecture of the core booking and distribution engine, and sets the standards the rest of the team builds to.

His day-to-day sits in the hardest part of travel technology — the layer where dozens of airline, hotel and ancillary sources have to behave like one coherent API. That means supplier aggregation across NDC, GDS, low-cost-carrier and bed-bank connections; the fare pricing, markup and rule engines that sit on top of them; and the caching and search infrastructure that has to answer an availability request fast enough for an agent to keep selling.

The stack he works in is deliberately unglamorous and deliberately fast: PHP and MySQL for the transactional core, Go where raw throughput matters, React on the front end, and Redis for caching. Much of his engineering effort goes into correctness under load — cache-key canonicalisation, idempotent booking flows, and hot-path optimisation measured against real supplier payloads rather than synthetic benchmarks.

That engineering-led approach is why the product suite has grown the way it has. Every product in the Innovate Solution lineup shares the same integration layer, so a supplier connection built once becomes available to every platform on it — rather than being rebuilt per product.

MD Abdus Samad is a co-founder of Innovate Solution and serves as Chief Executive Officer. He leads the commercial organisation — the customer, partner and operational side of a business that now runs from three offices: the Singapore headquarters, the regional office in Ras Al Khaimah, and the engineering centre in Dhaka.

His focus is the wholesale side of travel. On one side of the business that means supply: the airline, hotel, transfer and ancillary partnerships that put inventory into the platform. On the other it means distribution: the OTAs, consolidators, tour operators, TMCs and independent agencies that sell it. Keeping those two sides balanced — enough supply to be competitive, enough demand to be worth a supplier's time — is the core commercial problem of a wholesale travel-technology house.

That commercial view feeds directly into what gets built. Product decisions at Innovate Solution start from what operators are actually struggling to sell or settle, which is how a single booking engine grew into an eleven-product suite covering booking, distribution, agent profitability, Umrah operations, messaging, accounting and revenue intelligence.

Under his leadership the company serves 6,200+ travel businesses across 40+ countries, with its strongest concentration across South Asia, the Middle East and wider APAC.
