Travel technology for European travel businesses

Innovate Solution builds B2B travel software for agencies, tour operators, OTAs and consolidators: one booking layer across GDS, NDC and low-cost air, bed-banks and ground services, with sub-agent distribution, white-label portals and live margin reporting. European clients run it today in United Kingdom, Germany, France, Spain, Portugal, Belgium and Sweden.

In short

What Innovate Solution provides to European travel companies

Innovate Solution is a B2B travel technology company, headquartered in Singapore since 2013, that supplies booking, distribution and back-office software to travel businesses. It is not an airline, a hotel supplier or an OTA: its software connects you to the suppliers you choose, under your own brand and commercial terms.

The challenge

Operational problems we solve

Fragmented air content

European itineraries mix full-service, NDC and low-cost carriers. Searching them in separate tools costs time and hides the cheapest valid fare. We normalise GDS, NDC and LCC content into one search with your markups applied.

Several bed-banks, no single view

Hotel rates for the same room differ across suppliers. Connecting several bed-banks in one search shows them side by side, and Drop Catch rebooks refundable reservations when the identical room drops in price.

Sub-agent distribution at scale

Wholesalers and consolidators need agent logins, per-agent markup, credit limits and deposits. ReservationHub runs these as a white-label B2B portal under your brand.

Margin you cannot see until month end

TRI (Travel Revenue Intelligence) tracks revenue, supplier cost and margin per booking as it happens, with FX-locked accounting and an audit trail.

Manual ticketing work

An integrated GDS terminal with native cryptic commands sits beside the booking screens, and PNR import, transfer, void, refund and reissue run as single actions.

Data protection in vendor reviews

Procurement teams ask for a DPA, a sub-processor list and transfer safeguards. Ours are published and available to sign — see the data protection section below.

Questions European buyers should put to any travel technology vendor

These are evaluation questions, not legal advice. Your obligations depend on your licences, memberships and what you sell; ask every shortlisted vendor to demonstrate the answer on their own system.

Package travel

If you combine flights, accommodation or other services, the EU Package Travel Directive (2015/2302) and, in the UK, the Package Travel Regulations 2018 and ATOL apply. Ask how the platform records each component, its supplier cost and the customer payments so your obligations are easy to evidence.

Airline settlement

Accredited agents settle air through IATA BSP in each market. Ask whether your existing GDS credentials and ticketing workflow can be kept, and how NDC and low-cost bookings are reconciled next to GDS sales.

Card payments

Online card payments in the EEA and the UK fall under Strong Customer Authentication (PSD2). Ask which payment gateways are supported and who holds the merchant relationship.

Personal data

Ask for the Data Processing Agreement, the sub-processor list with hosting regions, and the transfer mechanism for data leaving the EEA or the UK.

GDPR and UK GDPR: what we publish

  • A Data Processing Agreement with GDPR Article 28 processor terms, written to cover the EU GDPR, the UK GDPR and equivalent national law; a signed copy is available on request.
  • A public sub-processor list with each provider's hosting region. Amazon Web Services hosting regions include Ireland, Singapore and the USA, chosen according to the customer's location.
  • Transfers outside the EEA or the UK under Standard Contractual Clauses (EU 2021/914) and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum; EU and UK customers can request the executed clauses.
  • A self-hosted Source Code edition of ReservationHub for organisations that need to run the platform on infrastructure they control.
  • On this website, analytics run only after consent (see our cookie policy and privacy policy), and enquiry forms use no CAPTCHA.
How we work

From first call to go-live

  1. Requirements call. Your business model, markets, the suppliers you already contract with, and how you sell (B2B, B2C or both).
  2. Tailored demo. The products that fit, shown on the content and workflows you described — including your GDS terminal and ticketing flow where relevant.
  3. Written proposal. Scope, deployment model (SaaS, source code or API), supplier connections and a quote in US dollars.
  4. Onboarding. Supplier credentials connected, markups, agents and branding configured, and staff training.
  5. Go-live and support. Ongoing support from our teams in Singapore, the UAE and Bangladesh.
FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Does Innovate Solution work with travel businesses in Europe?

Yes. Innovate Solution has clients in United Kingdom, Germany, France, Spain, Portugal, Belgium and Sweden, running InnoTravelTech, ReservationHub, TRI and Drop Catch. We do not publish client names without permission.

Do you have an office in Europe?

No. Our offices are in Singapore (headquarters), Ras Al Khaimah in the UAE, and Dhaka in Bangladesh. European projects are scoped, delivered and supported remotely by those teams. Dhaka is five to six hours ahead of the UK and four to five hours ahead of central Europe, so its working day overlaps the European morning.

Can I keep my existing GDS account?

Yes. ReservationHub connects to Amadeus, Sabre and Travelport using your existing credentials (PCC, Office ID or SID), so there is no need to migrate or re-register GDS accounts. Innovate Solution is a Travelport Developer Network (TDN) certified partner.

Is the platform GDPR-compliant?

We act as a data processor for the personal data that flows through our platforms and offer a Data Processing Agreement with GDPR Article 28 terms that also covers the UK GDPR. Transfers outside the EEA or the UK are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses (EU 2021/914 and the UK Addendum). Our published sub-processor list shows the hosting regions; AWS hosting includes Ireland, depending on the customer's location. Compliance with your own obligations as a controller remains yours, and we answer security questionnaires during evaluation.

Can European airlines and low-cost carriers be connected?

Yes. Air content comes from three GDS networks, NDC through Verteil (a certified partner) and low-cost carriers through Atlas (a certified partner) and direct connections, all in one normalised search. The European carriers live with our clients include British Airways, easyJet, Ryanair, Wizz Air, Lufthansa, Eurowings, Eurowings Discover, SWISS, Austrian Airlines and Air France.

Which deployment options are available for European businesses?

ReservationHub is offered as cloud-hosted SaaS, as a self-hosted Source Code edition (useful when you need to control hosting location or customise the code), or as a travel API behind your own front end. TripGic provides the same supplier aggregation as a single REST API.

How are prices quoted?

All commercial proposals are quoted in US dollars, based on the products, suppliers and deployment model you choose. Book a demo or send us your requirements and we will come back with a written proposal.
