As Chief Operating Officer, Tanveer Kazi owns how eleven departments, three offices and a team of 120+ people fit together — who is working on what, what ships when, and how the engineering centre in Dhaka, the regional office in Ras Al Khaimah and the Singapore headquarters stay on one schedule.

Nazmus Nayeem is the founder and Chief Technology Officer of Innovate Solution. He is a backend engineer who owns the architecture of the company's core travel platform — supplier aggregation, fare pricing and B2B distribution — and leads the engineering team across the product suite.
