A real double-entry ledger, built into operations. Bookings, trips, payments, deposits, cancellations, vendors and drivers post journals automatically — once, in the same transaction.

Balanced by the database
Debit equals credit is enforced at the database level, not just in the app. Posted journals are immutable and corrected only by reversal; manual journals are created and reversed by two people.

Trial balance and account ledger link back to the originating booking. Document numbers run per company and per year with no gaps, and periods close in order — reopened only by approval.

Bank reconciliation
Import the statement as CSV with saved mappings, match automatically and by hand, and close the month. Re-importing the same statement never creates duplicates.

Every invoice, credit note and debit note as UBL 2.1 XML with a hash chain, a cryptographic signature and a QR code — cleared or reported to the tax authority with a queue and retries, and issued as a bilingual PDF/A-3 with the cleared XML embedded.

VAT / GST engine and return
Rates and rules come from the country pack, inclusive or exclusive of price, with the tax point at the earlier of payment or supply. Input tax on purchases is recorded and the return is compared with the ledger.

Agents & corporates
A B2B channel you can trust with credit.
Sell transfers through travel agents and corporate clients without losing control of credit. Available credit is always the same sum: limit + deposit − amount owed — checked when a booking is confirmed and again when an amendment raises the price.
Agents and sub-agents
Agent accounts with one level of sub-agents, members and tiers. Rate cards hold net prices and markup applies by agent tier, so net and selling prices are kept separately.
Credit by maker-checker
A limit is raised only through a second person's approval, and only once the agent's KYC documents — trade licence or commercial registration, tourism licence, tax certificate and address — are complete.
Deposits and top-ups
Bank-transfer or cash deposits with transfer slips, refunds and an automatic email to the agent. Statements and receivables ageing are always current.
Corporate accounts
Cost centres, dedicated contract rate cards and one consolidated invoice per month. Employee bookings can be routed through an approval workflow.
Agent/Client app

Accounting is built in. Every booking, trip, payment, deposit and cancellation posts a balanced journal to a double-entry ledger in the same transaction. Receivables, payables, bank reconciliation, VAT/GST returns, financial statements and country e-invoicing are part of TransferArc, so operations are never re-keyed into a separate accounting package.
How does TransferArc price a transfer?
The pricing engine supports five models — per-km, per-hour, zone-to-zone, slab and package rates — on versioned rate cards that are immutable once published. Peak, season, night and holiday surcharges apply without compounding, extras such as tolls, parking, waiting and extra stops are added, and markup applies by agent tier with net and selling prices kept separately. A quoted price is locked: it is honoured even if the rate card changes later.
What does dispatch cover?
A dispatch board with manual or automatic assignment and vendor fallback. The vehicle class must match the booking, and vehicles or drivers that are blocked, busy or carrying expired documents are refused. Trips are tracked with live GPS, ETA and geofencing, flight-linked pickups follow live arrival times, and the driver app has one-tap SOS that alerts operations instantly.
Can I sell transfers through travel agents and corporate clients?
Yes. TransferArc carries agent accounts with one level of sub-agents, markup tiers, KYC documents, deposits and top-ups, and credit limits raised only by maker-checker approval once KYC is complete. Available credit is the limit plus the deposit, minus the amount owed. Corporate accounts get cost centres, dedicated contract rate cards, booking approvals and one consolidated invoice per month.
Does TransferArc support e-invoicing and ZATCA Phase 2?
Yes. E-invoicing is built in-house, with no third-party add-on. Every invoice, credit note and debit note is produced as UBL 2.1 XML with a hash chain, a cryptographic signature and a QR code, then cleared or reported to the tax authority where the country requires it. The Saudi Arabia country pack covers ZATCA Phase 2, 15% VAT, GOSI and WPS payroll, a full Arabic right-to-left interface and Hijri dates.
Does TransferArc have mobile apps and an API?

How does TransferArc protect my data?
All traffic runs over HTTPS. Platform secrets are encrypted with AES-256-GCM, passwords are hashed with Argon2id, and two-factor sign-in is available for every user. Roles can be limited by branch, vehicle group or entity; credit limits, rate cards, manual journals and reopening a closed period need a second approver; and every action is recorded in an append-only audit trail.
