UmrahCore is not a public booking app. The travel agency runs its Umrah business on the UmrahCore platform and invites each of its customers; the pilgrim sets a password from the invitation and signs in, with an agency code when the agency asks for one.
From there, every booking is on the phone: the flights, hotels, transport and itinerary, and the documents the agency shares — visas, tickets, vouchers and itineraries. Questions go to the agency in the same app, with photos, voice notes and documents, and the replies come back as notifications.
