What is Ticketing time limit?
Ticketing time limit (TTL)
The deadline by which a reservation must be ticketed. It can come from the fare's own rules or be set by the airline after booking; if the ticket is not issued in time, the airline may cancel the seats automatically.
Also called: ticketing deadline, TKTL.
Why it matters
Missed time limits mean lost seats and lost fares. Agencies track them through GDS queues or platform alerts so bookings are paid and ticketed before the deadline.
