What is PMS?

PMS (Property Management System)

The core software a hotel, resort, hostel or guest house runs on: reservations and availability, front desk check-in and check-out, the guest folio and billing, housekeeping status, night audit and reporting. Modern cloud PMSs also include or connect a channel manager and a direct booking engine. Example: bedsKey.
